A fresh new gourmet specialty bakery on State Street, just blocks south of Downtown Lemont, in the middle of Lemont Plaza, located at 1116 S State Street. Lia P was created out of a growing need for good tasting Gluten Free products in our circle of friends, family, and customers. 

Through all our experiences, we have firmly come to believe that a cookie needs to taste like a cookie, even if it's Gluten Free. And, a brownie should taste chocolaty and gooey and sinfully delicious as if you were getting a bakery brownie...because you are! It's just that it's Gluten Free.
